Our last project is Magnolia Complex in Akbuk, it was finished in May 2010. We have two new projects, Blue Dream Complex and Pine Bay Complex. Both complexes will be in Akbuk. The construction process will start in October (2010) and will be finished until end of May 2011.
Altinkum and Akbuk area are developing constantly and offer beautiful nature and history as well as many opportunities for investors and for people who would like to settle down. The long awaited Marina project in Altinkum has been finished and was opened in June 2009. The New Marina Road is updating. This road will be the main entrance to the resort.
